Wednesday, May 8 - AM Advanced

Students began class by interviewing a partner, asking them to respond to the following: Describe a big city that you like. Students then repeated back to the class what they learned from their partners. 

We then read Chapter 13, a chapter about big cities in the US. We also read Chapter 14, a chapter about California. We the listened to two California songs: “California Dreamin’” by the Mamas and Papas, and “San Francisco,” by Scott MacKenzie.
