True Stories unit 5.  We completed pages 18-20.  We started with vocabulary by looking at the picture.  Students read the story and identified unknown words and verbs.  We used this to work on pronunciation and past tense.  We began a regular and irregular list of past tense.  Students completed the comprehension questions on page 20 and then wrote a five sentence summary with their partner.
