Monday, January 22 - AM Intermediate

We continued discussing the parts of a sentence.  All simple sentences have a subject + verb + a complete thought.  Simple sentences usually have one subject and one verb, but not always.  We practiced combining subjects from two simple sentences to form one simple sentence with two subjects.  Students had to change the verb from singular to plural to match the subject (subject/verb agreement).  We completed pages 42-47 in WP1.
