Dictation of three questions from Words in Discussion from chapters … on the board, conversations followed based on these q w/ rotating partners.

After surveying where the students were in the process, we briefly previewed the whole chapter:

The students had already worked through A and B in earlier classes, and today we continued on p. 90.

We also looked at the term calendar together: There are six more classes, during class #7 (on Thursday, Feb. 15) students will give their presentations.
