After the presentations, we commented on teamwork, effectiveness of different presentation styles, and the use of the white board.

Then we proceeded to the model speech on p. 102/103. We distributed the various parts of the speech, and after a little practice, the students presented it to the rest of the class.

Next, we went to the Pronunciation Practice on p. 106, Phrasing and Pausing.

Finally, the students started working on Activity 3 on p. 104/105, completing the outline of the model speech.
