I split the SS into pairs and had them discuss the pre-reading questions for Unit 2.

Then I had them read “A New Man” and discuss together.

The SS did really well on the  vocab/comprehension exercises.

We concluded with the writing/discussion exercise on page 9. The SS were quite engaged.
