Monday, February 5 - AM Fluency
I split the SS into two 3s and directed them back to the grammar box on page 16 (we did this last week). I asked them to explain to each other how the past tenses work when telling stories. They did quite well.
Then we reviewed the exercise on the same page (we also did this last week) so they could see examples. Then I had them write sentences of their own using the 4 past tenses. They were much happier.
I had the SS practice the pronunciation of thought groups (page 17) to help with naturalness.
We finished the class with the SS completing the Reflect questions on page 19.
